How long does it take to receive my order?

In Italy, delivery takes 5-10 business days. For international shipments, times are 10-20 business days.

Yes! You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Yes, we ship throughout Italy via express courier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe and internationally.

Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, with intact labels and packaging.

How do I request a return?

Contact us at ale.gallone88@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 48 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Do I have the right of withdrawal?

Yes, in accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product has a size guide on the product page. If in doubt, we recommend choosing the next size up.

Do the products shrink after washing?

Our t-shirts are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. Always follow the washing instructions on the label.

Are the colors true to the photos?

We try to represent the colors as accurately as possible, but there may be slight variations due to monitor settings.
